By accessing and using the JS Auto Global website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

JS Auto Global provides vehicle export services, connecting international buyers with Chinese automotive manufacturers. Our services include:

• Vehicle sourcing and procurement
• Quality inspection coordination
• International shipping and logistics
• Customs documentation support
• After-sales support coordination

Order Process: When you place an order, we confirm availability and provide a detailed quote including vehicle price, shipping costs, insurance, and applicable fees.

Payment Terms: A deposit (typically 30-50% of the order value) is required to secure your order. Balance payment is due before shipment or upon delivery, depending on arrangement.

Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Vehicle prices are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, exchange rates, and availability. We endeavor to provide accurate pricing, but reserve the right to adjust quotes if circumstances change.

All orders are subject to availability. In cases where a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a full refund of any payments made.

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by destination and availability. Typical lead times range from 3-6 weeks from order confirmation to port of delivery.

Risk and Title: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated port or logistics partner. Title transfers upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping Costs: Quotes include shipping, insurance, and documented fees to port of destination. Import duties, taxes, and local handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.

All vehicles undergo inspection before shipment. We provide detailed photo documentation and can arrange video inspections upon request.

Vehicles are warranted by their respective manufacturers. Warranty claims are handled through our service network, and we assist in facilitating claims process.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment with written notice. Refunds are processed within 14 business days for any payments made, minus any non-refundable deposits for vehicles already procured.

Custom-ordered vehicles with specific configurations are generally non-refundable once production begins.

JS Auto Global's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if necessary, through competent courts in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.
